Young at Heart Adult Day Health Care Center is a community-based adult day health care program committed to serving the elderly and those with physical or mental impairments seeking an alternative to nursing homes. Young at Heart is licensed by the State of California as an Adult Day Health Care Facility and we provide innovative therapies and programs not available at any other adult day centers in the Valley. Patterned after the “Day Hospitals” in Europe, Young at Heart clients participate in activities designed to improve their situation and quality of life.
