Spectrum Gallery's mission is to advance photography as an art form, foster understanding and support for those who create, enjoy and collect photography and offer an accessible community space for activities and programs to meet the photographic community's needs. The Gallery also offers supplemental educational programs and workshops. It provides a forum for the discussion of photography related media as a means of creative expression and cultural insght, and serves as a vital memeber of the region.
