The Rev. Paul C. Mullen is an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church and is a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church. Rev. Mullen and three sons reside in Fresno, California. Rev. Mullen has been performing and planning beautiful wedding ceremonies for eight years - during that time he as performed hundreds of ceremonies. Rev. Mullen is a professional wedding minister and a member of the Central Valley Bridal Association and Better Business Bureau. He is authorized by the Clerk of the County of Frenso to issue confidential marriage licenses.
