Thomas Milne has been creating photographs for more than 18 years. His career started in the U.S. Navy where he was trained at the Rochester Institute of Technology to be a photojournalist. As a photojournalist, he traveled the globe photographing world events. After leaving the Navy, Thomas took a position as a patrol officer with the Fresno Police Department. While he was not using his camera in an official capacity, he continued capturing portraits. Since his retirement from the police force, Thomas has been devoted to creating beautiful portraiture art on a fulltime basis.
