| A native of New York State, Dr. Gillian graduated from Colgate University in New York. He then attended Upstate Medical Center where he successfully obtained his Medical Degree. Dr. Gillian completed his Internship at Martin Luther King, Jr. Hospital in Los Angeles and the Veterans’ Administration Hospital in Long Beach. He then completed a Residency in General Surgery at Valley Medical Center in Fresno. Returning to Upstate Medical Center, Dr. Gillian completed his Plastic Surgery Residency in 1982 and was an Assistant Clinical Instructor during that period. In 1982, Dr. Gillian and his family moved to Fresno to begin private practice. |
