Family Leadership Connection (FLC) is a non-profit community-based organization which provides asset-based parenting skill-building and leadership development training to community parents across North America. Working in dynamic partnerships with families, neighborhood schools, churches and other community groups, FLC teaches families to communicate and interact in healthy ways, increases parental involvement in schools, develops parent leadership and advocacy skills, and helps families and communities build resources for children.
