Willie Bezemer is an established Master Chef who has left behind memories of his creative talent in restaurant and hotel kitchens around the world. And he loves to mastermind edible art out of European pastry pulled sugar and tree nuts. Born in one of the oldest cities in Holland, Dordreche, which is located near Rottewrdam, Willie grew up helping his father cultivate a large vegetable farm. When he was 13, he knew that he didn’t want to be in agricultural business forever, so he became apprentice in a bakery shop. |
