Coast Tool Company was founded in October 1945 by Russell Gilwee and Tyko Enbom. The company started as a manufacturer's representative firm. By 1949, the scope of the firm was more as an industrial distributor. Various product lines were represented and sold through out Northern California. The company was incorporated as a California Corporation in 1959. Russ died in 1965, and Tyko retired in 1983. We have represented several companies for some time.
