After School Recreation - daily activities at over 50 elementary schools in Fresno. Special Events - quality interactive community events like the Summer Blues Series, Great Taco Festival, Kids Festival, Holiday Parade (75th this December!) and many great Chaffee Zoo events. The Parks, Recreation & Community Servicies Department maintains 56 park sites and 7 Community Centers totaling 1,242 acres.
