Central Valley Aikido addresses the need for a dojo that respects aikido's roots as a traditional martial art, and uses methods which allow aikido to be relevant in today's society. Central Valley Aikido offers classes for both adults and children. All of this is presented in a challenging, yet supportive and non-competitive environment.
