As an Independent Authorized Agent of Blue Cross of California for more than 20 years, Cecil Perry specializes individual health insurance, employee benefits, and Medicare Supplements. Cecil is an active member of the Clovis Chamber of Commerce, a trustee for the Clovis Chamber Political Pac, and a member of the Clovis Chamber Government Affairs Committee.
