Brooks Ransom Associates grew out of the Consulting Civil and Structural Engineering practice of Mr. William Brooks, begun on July 1, 1975. The practice expanded and was incorporated on May 1, 1979, with Mr. Brooks assuming the position of President of the corporation. Mr. Ransom joined the firm in 1983 and is the current President and CEO of the corporation. Currently, Brooks Ransom Associates is the largest structural engineering firm in the Fresno Metropolitan Area with a diverse staff of engineers and designers encompassing a wide-range of backgrounds and experience resulting in a unique team of professionals that have the ability to undertake the concurrent design of multiple challenging projects in a wide variety of project types and specialties.
