If you are planning an event of over 60 cars, and want us to send donation items along with price sheets for distribution, please do the following: Give us six weeks lead time. Send an event flyer. Tell us the number of cars expected. Provide a UPS shipping address (not a PO Box). Give the name of the person in charge of the event, their phone number and Fax number, so that we have a contact for additional information, if needed.
