All-Phase Security opened its doors in September of 1995 with the goal of changing the image of an unfavorable failing industry. The general public usually stereotyped security services officers as those who were poorly educated, lacked discipline and tact, found on the job sleeping and had an overall poor appearance. It would not be an easy task to change this stereotype. How did we do it? Our idea was to “bridge the gap” between Security and Law Enforcement. This meant that All-Phase Security, Inc. has been and always will be committed to recruiting only those seeking careers in professional security or Law Enforcement.
